3 bugs for 1.2.0
Here's three possible bugs; the first two are cosmetic.

1) Under Military->Ship Designer, if you add a Shield to a Starbase, then remove it, it still shows your Starbase as having Shield points.

2) Under the Combat screen, when you scroll the time cursor to the right while a ship is highlighted, the Shield, Hull, and Structure show 0,0,0 as you are actually scrolling. When you release the time cursor, actual values return.

3) Combat Engines seem to provide much more speed than the advertised 20%. This effect described in detail here.

I noticed that the artifact special doesn't seem to work when you're near the end of the tech tree but alas didn't save the game.

I just had mammoths and shield 4 left when I found an AI ignored system with the special on it. I got the graphic about "next turn your researchers will report etc" but next turn, nada.
