Dang, you guys know how to kill a good build. Not realizing that RC had changed I played the wrong way in a 4 way game. This would throw a whole different wrench into the pie. But, like VL and Diebo said, I like it. Great thinking guys.

This is now implemented for the next beta path. I modified it slightly:

Orbital Labs 1 will now give a +25% bonus to planet total RP production.
Orbital Labs 2 will now give a +50% bonus to planet total RP production.

Orbital Labs 3 has been removed from the game (existing build Orb Lab 3 will function as new Orb Lab 2).

Orb Labs 1 and 2 tech research costs have been increased.
